Both the Client and Project-Enhanced Fitness have the right to terminate any service agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes underway. Project-Enhanced Fitness wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused portion within 7 days from the date of purchase, including a brief description of reason for the return, we will in turn replace it with an alternative product or issue a refund of store credit for the unused portion. Out of stock items may be replaced with an alternative item. If an out of stock item is purchase, we will attempt to contact the buyer and/or replace with an alternative item. Sales for any drink(energy, water, etc) and/or power bar are final. Product quantity and availability may vary.
