PROJECT-ENHANCED FITNESS COMMUNITY OUTREACH NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION IS FOCUSED ON providing information and community resources that includes educating and bridging ways to enhance quality of health, nutrition, life and lifestyle in low-income, under-served, and under-resourced areas that lack essential knowledge of wellness and health. Programs offered by Project- Enhanced Fitness Community Outreach will provide data, documentation, seminars, classes that focuses on mental and physical wellbeing. There is more to come!
