    Delivery Information

    SOME PRODUCTS MAY REQUIRE SIGNATURE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND SOME ORDERS MAY REQUIRE PROPER ID FOR DELIVERY. UPS, FEDEX, AND USPS DELIVERY SYSTEMS WILL BE UTILIZED. PAYMENT METHOD AND PAYMENT ADDRESS MUST BE VERIFIED FOR DELIVERY OF PRODUCT. SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME FOR ANY PRODUCTS. CUSTOMERS CAN ADD ‘ROUTE‘ PROTECTION DURING CHECKOUT TO PROTECT PACKAGES. ROUTE IS AN OPTIONAL SERVICE THAT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Shop online and pick up items in store free of charge. Select “Local pick up” during checkout. If you choose not to use ‘Route’ an experience any issues with your delivery please use tracking information and contact carrier, feel free to contact us and will can assist.

    We only ship products within the continental United States/US Territories via United Parcel Service
    (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS), or FedEx.
    When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the
    availability of your item(s), shipping method and your parcel’s
    destination. It is typical that products are processed and shipped the same day the order is placed or next day depending on time and day of the week your order is placed-please be advised that some orders can take 5-7 business days for processing. Products ordered on a Holiday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped out on the following business day(orders placed after 4pm Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day). Please be aware that Shipping Carriers including USPS, FedEx and UPS still advises that due to Covid-19 and staffing some deliveries may become delayed. Please use tracking info provided to track your packages for latest updates. We sincerely apologize in advance however, please know that shipping routes, delays and/or errors via USPS, FedEx and UPS are out of our control. As an option customers can protect their packages via Route offered during checkout. If a package tracking information does not indicate “delivered” to the address provided by customer during checkout and the customer does not include Route during checkout, Project-Enhanced Fitness will investigate. Please be advised that all packages are shipped with tracking information, if there is a package dispute or error please be aware that adjustments, if any are due, will be completed after the investigation which may take up to 21 days. If a package indicates that it has been delivered to address provided by the customer during checkout via tracking information and the customer has not received the packaged that indicates “delivered” please contact credit card or bank debit card used for transaction and open a dispute.     Cart orders below *$150.00 do not qualify for free shipping at this time, unless a special offer is being provided. However, we do offer discounted flat-rate shipping charges which are determined by the total dollar amount of your order. Shipping breakdowns are provided below:

    149.99…… $12.95 (Subject to change) Cart totaling 149.99 will be charges a flat shipping charge of $12.00

    Weight Based Shipping…..Shopping cart with products over 10 pounds will be based on weight for shipping, these items still may qualify for free shipping if cart is +150.00 and less than 20 lbs

    $150.00+…………..Free Shipping(Subject to Change-free shipping specials may occur)

    Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and
    other overseas U.S. Territories:

    Please estimate 20% of the total order amount to be added for Priority – Air Parcel Post service required for these destinations. If the pre-paid shipping charge does not fully cover the actual costs, we will charge/bill the difference to your credit card/paypal account, unless your order qualifies for free shipment. We may reach out to customers shipping to these destinations for confirmation.     Shipping Charges listed above are intended for online purchase only, and not in-store purchases made for delivery or phone orders. Please call to inquire about in-store or phone order shipping charges.

    NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OF ANY PRODUCTS AT THIS TIME

    PLEASE NOTE: If you order online and want to pick up your order in store, select “Local Pick Up” during check out. If the order is not picked up within 72 hours of order being ‘ready for pickup’ the order will be refunded, if you need more time to pick up order please contact store to advise. You may also call an order in for store pick up or shipping. Please be advised that some items are drop shipped directly from distributor and may not be immediately available for store pick up and also may have delayed shipping; most items are shipped out within 1 business day. Orders placed after 4:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day-be advised, orders placed after 4:00pm EST Friday will be shipped out on Monday(some orders can be delayed).     Project-Enhanced Fitness offers Route -a fully optional package protection service. Protect your package by toggling this option to “on” during your checkout. Again this service is optional so if you do not want to have Route protection against loss, damage or stolen packages, toggle the option to “off” during checkout.
