**We strive to keep our inventory updated. However, in some instances product inventory count may not be accurate; some manufacturers and distributors are negatively impacted by staff shortages and are currently recovering to continue “business as usual”.  We encourage you to call(9-6:30pm ET M-Sat) or email(24-7) for product availability prior to submitting an order. **Shipping** Product shipments are done via USPS, UPS and FedEx. USPS has advised that because of staffing some shipments are still delayed. Most products are packaged and shipped the same day as ordered, if placed Mon-Fri prior to 4:30pm EST. Holiday, Saturday and Sunday orders are shipped the following business day.  Some items are shipped via distributor and may have delayed shipping, because of this we ask that you allow additional time for updates in shipping(up to 10 business days). Please use your tracking information provided to get the latest updates on your package. We also offer Route to protect your package. As an option you can purchase Route during checkout(click “Remove” during checkout to remove Route protection)
